Eiga Sai Japanese Film Festival in the Philippines Postponed Due to COVID-19

July-August film festival rescheduled to later this year
The Japan Foundation, Manila announced on Thursday that it will postpone its Eiga Sai Japanese Film Festival event to sometime later this year. The event was originally scheduled to take place in July and August.
The Japan Foundation, Manila regularly holds the Eiga Sai event in Metro Manila and other Philippine cities between July and August every year. The film festival screens both anime and live-action films for free in select theaters.
Last year's event had screenings in Metro Manila, Tacloban, Naga, Bacolod, Davao, Pangasinan, and Cebu.
