New Fate/Extra for Vita, maybe? Nice.
But Image Epoch, the developers of the first two games, are defunct from 2015 - so who's doing that? XSEED?

XSEED doesn't make games. They just localize them.
Besides, Aksys published the first game in English. If this does turn out to be a new game, if it even had a chance to get brought over to the West, I don't see anybody but Aksys doing it.

Don't bother taking this as a hint for CCC getting to our shores, for this is a Japanese website teasing a completely new project, poke whoever localized the first game to the US/EU, though I doubt that will ever happen, considering what CCC features...

I've 100% Fate/Extra but haven't been able to play CCC since there's no localization or fan translation.

From my understanding, at the time it was more of a concern with the state of the PSP in 2013 (or '14, when it probably would've been released had they decided to bring it over) combined with decent-but-not-great sales numbers for the first.
I suppose content could've been a concern, but I think if it were to get a Vita port they might still go for it. Of course, the point is moot since we're 99% sure this is a brand new game.

I played the first one, but not CCC since it never got an English release.
