Eh, I'll keep an eyes out look for this but not overly excited. I wonder if they will extend the song though as I found that pretty catchy.

A recap+sequel films double-feature? The most recent example for that is the Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio: Ars Nova 2-films project.

I hope it's a standard 90 minute full-length film or so...

I kinda hope that the sequel would be another series instead of one other movie. I like this series even though the ending is somewhat dissappointing, but KyoAni's take on action animation (which is kinda rare these days for this studio) is quite pleasing to the eyes.
However, considering the length of the original materials so far, I can see it may work best as a movie adaptation anyway.

Looking forward to the sequel movie. Hopefully someone licenses it. Not the best series, but I did enjoy it.

Ah, so they're doing the same thing as Arpeggio. I really liked the series, but I may skip the recap and just go to the sequel. I too hope they're full length 90+ minute movies. Please no 45 minute long ones. The new Mirai pic is awesome and the swimsuit pics are great too.

....um, doesn't Sentai already own the license to Beyond the Boundary?

We're talking about the movie here, aren't we? First 2 sentences are about the movie, last is just a comment on what preceded these movies.
Hanabee licensed the tv series in Australia. But, currently, they only have it streaming. No idea when they are (or if they will) be making a home video release of it.
