Bet Nintendo wishes they had put that DQ game on both 3DS and Switch...

That's up to Square Enix and it's actually coming to Switch, just not yet. (I imagine they decided to do a Switch version pretty late in the development, but I still think many people will buy this version, especially since it'll probably also have a couple of unique features.)

I feel like that's going to be a thing for the rest of any potential games from 3rd party developers going to the Switch. Now they know the Switch is hotly demanded and a relatively huge success, we should see a lot more 3rd party game announcements next year.

DQ domination as expected. Dat Martina effect. Dat PS4 attachrate is amazing. PS4 version dethrones FF XV as the #1 PS4 game as expected.

3DS domination. Surprising that the PS4 couldn't sell over 100k with DQ, but it did it with FF XV.

3DS, PS4, and Switch outsell the Xbox One's LTD once again.

Did you even read the article? DQXI on the PS4 sold over 950k. Sure, the 3DS version still sold a bit more but not by a huge margin as some predicted. The PS4 sales number is still nothing short of amazing especially since gaming consoles are in a decline in Japan.
